Економічне обґрунтування стратегії інноваційного розвитку підприємства (на прикладі ТОВ «Країна Іграшок»)

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються сутність та передумови впровадження інновацій на підприємстві; етапи формування інноваційної стратегії розвитку підприємства. Проаналізовано особливості середовища впровадження інновацій на ТОВ «Країна Іграшок»; обґрунтовано необхідність розробки стратегії інноваційного розвитку підприємства. Запропоновано інноваційний проект з оптимізації роботи складського господарства ТОВ «Країна Іграшок»; проведено оцінку економічної ефективності інноваційного проекту; виявлено проектні ризики інноваційного проекту та шляхи їх мінімізації.

The article considers the essence and prerequisites for the introduction of innovations in the enterprise; stages of formation of innovation strategy of enterprise development. The peculiarities of the implementation environment of innovations at «Krayina Igrashok Ltd» are analyzed; the necessity of development of the strategy of innovative development of the enterprise is substantiated. The innovative project on optimization of the warehouse management of «Krayina Igrashok Ltd» is offered; an estimation of the economic efficiency of the innovation project was conducted; the design risks of the innovative project and ways of their minimization are revealed.
