Organizational and economic aspects of ethnic restaurants’ functions

Abstract

The article is devoted to the organizational and economic aspects of the functioning of ethnic restaurants. The main characteristics of restaurants with national cuisine are considered. Information about ethnic restaurants was studied and systematized based on Internet portals for the development of the restaurant business. Conclusions are made about the development of ethnic restaurants.Стаття присвячена організаційно-економічним аспектам функціонування етнічних ресторанів. Розглянуто основні характеристики ресторанів з національною кухнею. Досліджено та систематизовано відомості про етнічні ресторани на підставі інтернет-порталів з розвитку ресторанного бізнесу. Зроблено висновки про розвиток етнічних ресторанів.
