Управління конкурентоспроможністю підприємства ресторанного бізнесу

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти конкурентоспроможності підприємств ресторанного бізнесу, визначення факторів впливу на конкурентоспроможність підприємств ресторанного бізнесу, методи оцінки конкурентоспроможності підприємства. Проаналізовано стан ресторанного бізнесу, загальну характеристику кав`ярні «Бублик» та проведено аналіз основних показників її діяльності. Запропоновано заходи з удосконалення управління конкурентоспроможністю кав`ярні «Бублик».

The paper deals with theoretical aspects of the competitiveness of restaurant business enterprises, determination of factors influencing the competitiveness of restaurant business enterprises, methods of assessing the competitiveness of the enterprise. The state of the restaurant business, the general characteristics of the “Bublik” coffee shop and the analysis of its main indicators are analyzed. Measures to improve the management of competitiveness of the cafe “Bublik” are proposed.
