Управління конкурентними перевагами підприємства готельно- ресторанного бізнесу

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти конкурентоспроможності підприємств готельно-ресторанного бізнесу, визначення факторів впливу на конкурентоспроможність підприємств ресторанного бізнесу, методи оцінки конкурентоспроможності підприємства. Проаналізовано стан галузі готельно-ресторанного бізнесу, загальну характеристикау ГРК «Нептун» та проведено аналіз основних показників діяльності. Запропоновано заходи з удосконалення управління конкурентоспроможністю ГРК «Нептун».

The paper deals with theoretical aspects of the competitiveness of hotel and restaurant business enterprises, determination of factors influencing the competitiveness of restaurant business enterprises, methods of assessing the competitiveness of the enterprise. The status of the hotel and restaurant business industry, general characteristics of the GRK “Neptune” are analyzed, and the main performance indicators are analyzed. Measures to improve the management of competitiveness of GRK “Neptune” are proposed.
