Шляхи збільшення доходів у підприємстві ресторанного господарства (на прикладі ресторану-кальянної «The Loft»)

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота складається із вступу, трьох розділів, висновків, списку використаних джерел. Об’єкт дослідження - процес формуванням доходів закладів ресторанних та напрямки їх підвищення. Предмет дослідження - сукупність теоретико-методичних та науково-практичних аспектів аналізу доходів ресторану-кальянної «The Loft». Метою дослідження є здійснення аналізу доходів підприємства ресторанного господарства та визначення резервів та шляхів їх зростання. У роботі розглядаються науково-теоретичні основи формування доходів у закладах ресторанного господарства. Проаналізовані основні показники виробничої діяльності ресторану-кальянної «The Loft», проведений аналіз доходів підприємства. За результатами аналізу запропонований комплекс заходів щодо підвищення доходів ресторану-кальянної «The Loft», обґрунтована економічна ефективність їх впровадження, що підкріплено необхідними економічними розрахунками

The qualification work consists of an introduction, three sections, conclusions, and a list of used sources. The object of the research is the process of revenue formation of restaurant establishments and the direction of their increase. The subject of the study is a set of theoretical-methodical and scientific-practical aspects of the income analysis of the hookah restaurant "The Loft". The purpose of the study is to analyze the income of the restaurant business and determine the reserves and ways of their growth. The paper examines the scientific and theoretical foundations of income generation in restaurants. The main indicators of the production activity of the hookah restaurant "The Loft" were analyzed, and the company's income was analyzed. Based on the results of the analysis, a set of measures to increase the income of the hookah restaurant "The Loft" is proposed, the economic efficiency of their implementation is substantiated, which is supported by the necessary economic calculations.
